01
Incorporation documents, including the Memorandum and Articles of Association, are lodged with the Companies Office under the Companies Act 2015.
02
Foreign-owned companies register a business profile with the Ministry of Trade (MCTTT) and need Reserve Bank of Fiji approval for the foreign shareholding. Some activities are reserved or restricted.
03
After incorporation, a business typically registers for TIN, VAT, PAYE, FNPF and the FNU Levy, depending on its activities and whether it employs staff.

Questions
Incorporation typically takes 2–3 working days once KYC documents are in hand, with the tax and other registrations following within a few days. With Reserve Bank approval and an investor permit (about 21 working days), our Full Formation Package usually runs 6–8 weeks end to end.
A foreign-owned company registers a business profile with the Ministry of Trade (MCTTT) and needs Reserve Bank of Fiji approval for its foreign shareholding and investment funds. Most foreign investors must bring in at least FJD 300,000 within three months of incorporation, unless the Minister grants a waiver. We review eligibility against the thresholds and the reserved-activity list, and prepare and lodge each application.
