Our process

From first conversation to ongoing support.

Every engagement follows the same five clear stages, so you always know what happens next, what we need from you and what you will receive.

Five stages

What to expect at each step.

01

Enquire

You: a short message

Send a short enquiry by form, phone or WhatsApp, or book a consultation directly. Alvin personally reviews every enquiry and comes back to you with the next steps.

02

KYC & Onboarding

You: identification documents

We collect your documents, run the anti-money laundering checks required in Fiji and set up your client file. We keep the paperwork to what the rules actually require.

03

Engagement Scope & Fee Quote

You receive: a written scope and quote

You receive a written engagement letter setting out the scope of work and the fee. Nothing starts until you have agreed it, and you set the pace.

04

Service Delivery

You receive: progress updates

We handle the filings, registrations and liaison with FRCS, FNPF and the Companies Office, and keep you updated at each milestone.

05

Ongoing Support

You receive: a monitored compliance calendar

We monitor your compliance calendar and look after recurring obligations such as payroll, tax filings and annual returns, staying involved as your business changes.

Before you start

KYC, explained simply.

Fiji's anti-money laundering rules require professional firms to verify the identity of their clients before acting for them. For a company, that usually means identifying its directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners.

The exact documents depend on who you are and the service you need. Our document checklist and KYC guide show what is typically requested, and we confirm the specific list for your engagement during onboarding.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How quickly can a new Fiji company be incorporated?

Incorporation typically takes 7–14 working days once KYC documents are in hand. Post-incorporation registrations — TIN, VAT, PAYE, FNPF and FNU Levy — usually take a further 5–10 working days.

Do you work with foreign-owned entities?

Yes. We support overseas investors with company formation, foreign investment approvals, local director and registered office services, bank account setup and ongoing compliance.

How are your fees set?

After an initial conversation and onboarding, you receive a written engagement letter with the scope of work and fee quote. Work begins only once you have agreed it.

Can I work with you if I am not based in Nadi?

Yes. Our head office is in Nadi, with offices in Suva and Lautoka as and when required, and work with clients across Fiji and overseas by phone, email, WhatsApp and video call.
